CIBC Hospital Cash Benefit Plan

If you are hospitalized for three days or more as the result of a sickness or one day or more as the result of an accidental injury, the CIBC Hospital Cash Benefit Plan will pay you, provided you are under age 65*, a daily benefit amount of $100 for each day that you are hospitalized (for up to 365 days).

The daily benefit is doubled up to 30 days if you are hospitalized in an intensive care unit or if you are hospitalized outside your province of residence.

You can use this money any way you wish and the benefit payment is tax-free.

Affordable rates	Premium rates are based on the daily benefit amount for you and, if applicable, your spouse/dependent(s), and start as low as $9.20 per month.
30-day complimentary coverage at no cost to you!	The first 30 days of coverage are compliments of CIBC. If you decide that you don't need this valuable protection, you may cancel within the 30-day free-review period and pay nothing!
